Terms of Use for the Ukrainian Artists Directory in the Netherlands

These terms define how the directory may be used, what contributors agree to when submitting material, and which legal and moderation boundaries apply to published content.

Rules of use

1

Purpose of the directory

The directory exists solely to bring together information about Ukrainian artists in the Netherlands on one platform. We focus on artists promoting Ukrainian culture in their work or supporting Ukraine in other ways. The submitted information is not shared with third parties and is not used for other purposes.

2

Voluntary registration and publication

Artist registration is voluntary. By registering, participants agree that the information they provide may be published in the public directory.

3

Platform moderation rights

The directory initiators are not responsible for materials published in the directory. At the same time, the platform administrators reserve the right not to approve content that conflicts with these terms, ethical standards, or the laws of the Netherlands and the European Union.

4

Responsibility for submitted content

Information published by artists in the directory must comply with applicable law in the Netherlands. Registered artists and organizations bear full responsibility for the content they publish, including its truthfulness, accuracy, and legal compliance, and must ensure that no material infringes third-party rights or legal norms.

5

Copyright and audiovisual materials

Any audiovisual content published in the directory must be uploaded in full compliance with copyright and related-rights law. Users must obtain the necessary permissions from rights holders before publishing protected materials, or provide proper author attribution where that is legally permitted. The platform is not responsible for copyright infringements committed by users, and any claims related to unlawful use of content must be resolved directly between the rights holder and the infringing party.

6

Personal data protection

The directory is operated in accordance with personal data protection requirements, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
